What is an AI agent for a small business, and what does it automate?
It is a process that reads, decides and acts with nobody watching it. It takes in a message or a document, works out what is being asked, checks the real information of the business, and either answers or files the request where it belongs. It is not a fixed-script chatbot: what it does changes with what it finds.

How much does it cost to automate customer service in a small business?
The price is published, automation by automation, in our catalogue. Standard automations run from €490 to €1,490 to set up, plus a monthly maintenance fee of €39 to €129, with no lock-in and excluding VAT. Bespoke projects — multilingual websites, online shops, a full CRM — are quoted separately.
It is a fixed price, not a "from": if a case falls outside the standard, it is quoted before any work starts. The website check that comes first is free and needs no sign-up.
How long does the first automation take to go live?
It depends on what it has to connect to, and we say so before starting. A website chat answering with the real information of the business is usually live within days. WhatsApp depends on Meta's verification, which we do not control.
The slowest part is never the technology: it is organising the information the system will answer with. That is why the first flow is built and genuinely used before anything else follows.
Do we have to change software to automate?
No. It is built on top of what is already there: the current website, the company's WhatsApp number, the management software, the diary and the spreadsheets the team uses. The automation runs behind them and nobody has to learn a new tool.
If something genuinely cannot be connected, we say so before charging anything instead of proposing a migration nobody asked for.
Do you only work in Spain, or abroad as well?
We work remotely for companies across Spain and for clients in other European countries. Meetings are by video call and the automations are built, tested and maintained remotely, so where the company sits changes neither the timeline nor the price. We work in English and Spanish.
