I'm Bogdan Shadrin. Before founding Zerolagia I spent years directing hotel operations — in Ireland and in southern Spain — and leading sales and customer-service teams. I know what operational friction looks like at the management level. That's why Zerolagia exists: to fix the exact gaps that cost hotels and businesses real money every day.

Before Zerolagia, I spent years managing hotel operations — first in Ireland, where I held my most senior role directing a full property, coordinating across every department, maintaining service standards and driving operational decisions day to day. Later I continued in hotel management in Spain, working closely with both the operations side and the commercial side of the business. Alongside that, I led sales teams: hiring and training people, setting targets, building strategies, and managing results.
In every environment the pattern was the same. Strong teams propping up broken processes — enquiries that went unanswered, follow-ups that slipped, manual coordination that consumed hours which should have gone to guests and clients. Nobody was careless. The systems simply weren't there.
When I started seeing what AI and automation tools could do, the connection was immediate. Zerolagia was launched to bring those systems to smaller businesses — hospitality, clinics, retail, professional services — that deserve the same operational infrastructure as large companies, without the budget or the IT department.
I work in Spanish, Russian and English (all native), and also French and Italian.

Who is behind Zerolagia?
Bogdan Shadrin, founder. Before starting Zerolagia he ran hotel operations in Spain and Ireland and led sales teams, so he came to automation from the side that suffers the broken process, not from the side that sells software. He works with a network of developers, technicians and business owners rather than a fixed payroll.

What exactly does Zerolagia do?
We automate business processes with artificial intelligence: customer service over WhatsApp and the website, booking and appointment handling, invoice and document reading, stock and catalogue synchronisation, quotes, and finding new clients. All of it is built on top of the tools the company already uses.
Everything already built, with its price, is in the automation catalogue. What is not in there gets built to order and quoted before any work starts.
Where is Zerolagia based, and which markets do you serve?
We are a Spanish company and we work remotely across Spain and for clients in other European countries. Meetings are by video call; the automations are built, tested and maintained remotely. We work in English and Spanish, and the founder also works in Russian, French and Italian. If the business is in the same province as us, we can also meet in person: that is covered on the page about the area we are based in.
How does working with you go, step by step?
First we look at the business: which processes exist, how much time they eat, and where things get lost. Then comes a report on what is worth automating, ordered by impact. Only then does the first automation get built, and it is genuinely used for a few days before anything else follows.
Nothing is deployed all at once. One automation running and used beats five half-finished.
Why are there no client logos on this website?
Because a wall of logos proves nothing and we cannot verify it in front of the person reading it. We would rather publish one case with a name, dates and technical detail — how a security company answers on its own in four languages — and the figures we can actually measure, saying when they were measured.
When we do not have a number, we say so instead of filling the gap with a flattering percentage. That is the part of how we work that matters most to us.
What can be checked about Zerolagia without having to ask us?
Zerolagia was founded in 2025 and this website is from 2026: the public footprint is recent and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What can be checked today, without speaking to anyone:
Eighteen published automations in the catalogue, each with its price in writing and its video demo: €490 to €1,490 to implement, a monthly fee of €39 to €129, no lock-in and VAT not included. Custom projects start at €2,400 and are quoted one by one.
One case with a name, a date and a figure: Dartel Solutions, a security company whose assistant handled 60 conversations in 61 days — measured on 27 August 2026 — answering in four languages. It is the only client published under a real name today; when there are more, they will be here.

What you will not find here: unattributed testimonials, client logos, or an improvement percentage we cannot measure. When we do not have a number, we say so.
Does Zerolagia replace my IT person or my agency?
It does not have to. We work on top of what is already there and we get along fine with whoever runs the website or the systems. If the business already has someone it trusts, the normal outcome is adding, not replacing anyone.
Frequently asked questions
Is Zerolagia a large agency or a small team?
A small team with a network of collaborators. There is no fixed structure and no fixed overhead that somebody has to cover in the invoice. We lead the strategy and design of every project; the technical work and the sector knowledge come from specialists who join according to what the project needs.
How long has Zerolagia been around?
Zerolagia was founded in 2025. The experience behind it is older and comes from somewhere else: years running hotel operations and sales teams, which is where you see up close the processes that break every day.
Do you work remotely, or do you visit in person?
Remotely. Meetings are by video call and the automations are built, tested and maintained without setting foot in the client's office. That is what makes it possible to work with companies across Spain and abroad without location changing the timeline or the price.
What if my process is unusual and looks nothing like the catalogue?
We study it and tell you the truth. If automating it is worth doing, it gets quoted to order in writing. If the saving does not justify the build, we say so and it does not happen: that is cheaper for both sides than finding out halfway through the project.
Can I speak to someone before committing to anything?
Yes, and it costs nothing. You can also start without speaking to anyone: the free website check needs no sign-up, and every catalogue automation has its video demonstration and its published price. A meeting is not a toll you pay to find out what something costs.
How many clients do you have, and why is only one case published?
We do not publish a client count, because without being able to show them one by one it would be a number nobody can check. We publish the ones who gave us permission to tell it with their name, their dates and the technical detail, and today that is one: Dartel Solutions. One verifiable case says more than a list nobody can verify, and when there are more they will be here with the same level of detail.
Do you work in English with businesses in other European countries?
Yes. We work remotely and this website exists in full in English and Spanish, with the same pages in both languages. Meetings are by video call, so where the company sits changes neither the timeline nor the price. We work in English and Spanish, and the founder also works in Russian, French and Italian.
