I'm Bogdan Shadrin. Before founding Zerolagia I spent years directing hotel operations — in Ireland and on the Costa del Sol — and leading sales and customer-service teams. I know what operational friction looks like at the management level. That's why Zerolagia exists: to fix the exact gaps that cost hotels and businesses real money every day.
Years directing hotels. Then I built the solution.
Before Zerolagia, I spent years managing hotel operations — first in Ireland, where I held my most senior role directing a full property, coordinating across every department, maintaining service standards and driving operational decisions day to day. Later I continued in hotel management on the Costa del Sol, working closely with both the operations side and the commercial side of the business. Alongside that, I led sales teams: hiring and training people, setting targets, building strategies, and managing results.
In every environment the pattern was the same. Strong teams propping up broken processes — enquiries that went unanswered, follow-ups that slipped, manual coordination that consumed hours which should have gone to guests and clients. Nobody was careless. The systems simply weren't there.
When I started seeing what AI and automation tools could do, the connection was immediate. Zerolagia was launched to bring those systems to smaller businesses — hospitality, clinics, retail, professional services — that deserve the same operational infrastructure as large companies, without the budget or the IT department.
I work in Spanish, Russian and English (all native), and also French and Italian.
