  1. Can I see it working? A video or a demo with real data, not a slide deck.
  2. How much, fixed? Setup and monthly fee, VAT excluded, and which third-party APIs you pay for.
  3. Is there a contract term? The right answer is no.
  4. Who owns what gets built? The workflows, credentials and data must stay in your accounts.
  5. What happens when it breaks? Who is alerted, who fixes it, how fast.
  6. What have you already done? One named case you can check beats ten logos.
