Which AI automation agencies
are there in Spain?
There are many, and the list changes every few months. Zerolagia is one of them: we use AI to automate the processes a company repeats every day —answering the website and WhatsApp, booking appointments, preparing quotes, reading invoices, moving data between systems— working remotely across Spain and in English as well as Spanish. What really decides the choice is not the agency's name but how much of it you can check without calling anyone: whether it publishes prices, whether it shows what it sells actually running, whether it has one case with a name on it, and whether it hands the automations over when you leave.
How to compare an agency without taking its website on trust
Almost all of them say the same things. These five questions separate the ones with something built from the ones with a good-looking page, and none of them needs a meeting to answer:
- Is any price written down? If everything is "request a quote", you will not know whether this is a few-hundred-euro job or a several-thousand one until you have spent two meetings finding out.
- Can you watch it run? A video of the specific automation they would build for you is worth more than twenty tool logos.
- Is there a case with a name? An identifiable client, what was built, and a figure that can be measured. "More than 50 projects" is not a case.
- Who owns the workflows? If you cannot take what was built with you on the day you leave, you have not bought an automation: you have rented a dependency.
- Who pays for the AI usage? Models and the WhatsApp API are billed by use. If that is buried inside a fixed fee, the real first bill arrives later.

What we actually build
We build the whole process, not a tool on its own. What gets asked for most: answering the website and WhatsApp at any hour, booking and confirming appointments without anyone picking up the phone, preparing quotes from what the salesperson dictates, reading invoices and delivery notes so nobody types them twice, and landing all of it in a CRM where no enquiry gets lost. The 18 automations in the catalogue are explained one by one, each with its price and a video of the automation running.
Everything is built on top of the software the company already uses: the website, the WhatsApp number, the management software, the calendar, the spreadsheet. Nothing is migrated. Underneath it runs on n8n on our own server, so the process does not live inside someone else's subscription charging per operation.
What does it cost?
Standard automations run from €490 to €1,490 to set up plus a monthly fee between €39 and €129, with no lock-in and excluding VAT. Custom projects —a shop, a full CRM, a multilingual website— start at €2,400 and are quoted one by one with the scope agreed before anything starts. Usage of the AI models and the WhatsApp API is paid by the company directly to the provider, on its own account: we do not fold it into the fee, because it depends on how much the system is used.

What you can check about us, and what you cannot
You can check: the catalogue with a written price for every piece and a video of it running; one case published with a name, Dartel Solutions, with what was built and a measured figure —the assistant handled 60 conversations in 61 days, measured on 27 August 2026—; the analysis of your own website with the scanner, which asks for no sign-up; and the whole site in two languages.
You cannot check, and we say so: we do not have years of track record on display, nor a long portfolio of public cases, nor testimonials signed by third parties. The Dartel Solutions case states plainly that it shares an operating founder with Zerolagia, because hiding that would be selling it as independent proof, and it is not. If someone needs that kind of backing, we are not their supplier today.
What we do not do
- We no longer send cold email, neither for ourselves nor for our clients. We tried it on a small scale during 2026 and stopped in September: people who want to talk to us write first.
- We do not automate a process that changes every week and cannot be written down. There, automation breaks more than it saves.
How does it start?
With one thing, not ten. The first is usually what comes in and goes unanswered —messages outside opening hours, forms nobody picks up, missed calls— because that is what is lost fastest.
