We build them ourselves, on n8n running on our own server, for small businesses in Spain and in other European countries. Every automation in the catalogue has a published price and a video demo, maintenance is paid month by month with no lock-in, and what gets built is documented so another team can take it over the day that becomes necessary.
What is n8n, and why do we build on it?
n8n is the tool that connects a company's programs and runs the process: it picks up what arrives through the website or WhatsApp, passes it through an AI model when some text, voice or photo has to be understood, and writes it wherever it needs to be recorded. It is open source and can be installed on your own server, which is how we work here: the process does not live inside someone else's subscription charging per operation.

What does an n8n automation cost?
Standard automations run from €490 to €1,490 to implement, plus a monthly maintenance fee between €39 and €129, with no lock-in and VAT not included. Each of the 19 in the catalogue carries its price in writing and its video demo: you can see what it does and what it costs without speaking to anyone. Custom projects — a multilingual website, a shop, a full CRM — start at €2,400 and are quoted one by one, with the scope agreed before anything starts.

Who owns the workflows?
The business does. Maintenance is paid month by month and can be dropped whenever you like: what gets built is documented and can be handed over for another team to run. We do not build anything that only we could maintain, because a client who cannot move is not a satisfied client, just a trapped one.
It is the question worth asking anyone before signing, ourselves included: if I leave tomorrow, what do I take with me?
Where does the data live, and who pays for the AI usage?
The workflow runs on our own server, not inside a platform account charging per operation. Usage of the AI models and of the WhatsApp API is paid by the business directly to the provider, on its own account: we do not fold it into the monthly fee, because that usage depends on how much the system is used and hiding it inside a fixed price only makes the first invoice a surprise.
When a process handles people's data — and WhatsApp customer service does — it falls inside the business's data protection obligations. That gets discussed before anything is connected, not after.
Where do you start?
- With what comes in and never gets answered. Messages outside opening hours, forms nobody picks up, missed calls. That is what bleeds fastest.
- With whatever gets typed twice. The enquiry copied by hand into the CRM, the invoice retyped, the quote rebuilt from scratch every time.
- With one thing, not ten. One automation working and genuinely used is worth more than five half-finished — which is how the Dartel Solutions case was built, piece by piece, without the business stopping.
What we do not do
We do not force a company to change the software it already uses: the automation is built on top of what is there. We do not sell an entire transformation up front. We do not promise an improvement percentage we cannot measure: in the one case published under a real name we give the figure that can be measured — the assistant handled 60 conversations in 61 days, measured on 27 August 2026 — and we also say what we cannot isolate.
And if something specific has no way of connecting, we say so before charging anything.
